👋🏽 hi, still not really here, but an update: i'm closing queries to everything BUT YA right now. send it all - horror, contemporary, romance, fantasy, thriller, paranormal, sci fi [space shenanigans pls], murder mysteries, etc etc - my way if you'd like 🙇🏽‍♀️ #MSWL

I love contemporary romance, but prefer it to be part of a "bigger picture" story (think THE ARC by Tory Henwood Hoen)

In fiction, I am only taking on adult novels. I am also limiting myself to contemporary only—mild speculative elements are okay if they are very grounded, but I'm not taking sci-fi or fantasy (sorry!)

So far what I can say is I got (and usually get) BY FAR mostly YA fantasy, at least 70-80%, so if you have contemporary especially or other genres of #YA I’m eager! #amquerying #MSWL

I’m a big fan of unlikely pairings, sharp Emily Henry-esque dialogue, and epistolary elements.

I’m also a super-duper realistic horror fan (Scream and Jaws are two of my favorite all-time movies), so I’m here for contemporary realistic slashers that aren’t too gory, thrillers, and whodunnits (Scream is a whodunnit!!) in #YA #MSWL

For #MG, I’m really picky about voice because I think it’s so hard! I’m looking for a big heart without being saccharine, friendship-centered contemporary, and small adventures that feel big to them like Stand By Me. #MSWL
