among other things, i'm looking for weird girl lit, upmarket book club fiction, smart and subversive YA fiction, and any and all whimsical, vaguely dickensian MG fiction. shoot me a query if your manuscript hits those boxes (or if it doesn't, i hate boxes)

#MSWL A hard-hitting journalist story in adult, NA, or YA. Bonus points for a romance.

#MSWL Please I’m looking for all the mysteries!:
* I’d love a YA, NA, or adult mystery with a romantic subplot set in a fantasy world or in this world with magical elements.
* I’d also kill (pun intended) for a MG mystery in the vein of “The Naturals” series.

Big news! I’m delighted to share that today I started a new role as Agent at ktliterary.bsky.social literary!

Both my evergreen #MSWL and details about my entirely separate legal practice Matter Services LLC can be found here:

"For YA fantasy, I would love a propulsive retelling that is distinct and fiery with something important to say. Think FOR SHE IS WRATH by Emily Varga."

Help me make my YA list more genderqueer! I’d especially love to see high-concept, layered novels from trans voices (especially intersectional) but am open to folks across the entire genderqueer umbrella. Some of my faves: The Honeys, Hell Followed With Us, Felix Ever After, Cemetery Boys #MSWL 1/3

Still can’t stop thinking about Obsession! Disregarding my cortisol levels, I’d love to see more layered, thought-provoking horror that will get young people talking about real-life horrors & themes beyond the jump-scares and gore like bodily autonomy, morality, consent, etc. YA #mswl

would love to see more YA thriller in my inbox! #mswl

If you’re new here, welcome! I am Foreign Rights Associate and Junior Agent at Context Literary Agency.

✨What I’m seeking:
* Adult SFF & genre-bending upmarket fiction & horror
* High concept YA fiction
* Whimsical & heartfelt MG
