Hi all, back again with a #MSWL update.

I'd LOVE to get my YA romance list to match my adult romance list. @camilliemill and @chloe_liese have spoiled me rotten with inclusive, swoony romances.

For YA romance, I want all of the BIPOC rep, disability rep, and LGBTQIA+ rep 😍🤗

I loved everything about Sylvie's Love on @PrimeVideo: the 50s Harlem setting, the music scene, the love story. It's made me eager to find more historical romance/women's fiction featuring BIPOC characters. #MSWL

Also, if you are a BIPOC creator and you see yourself & your stories in this thread (heck, I know I do): I WANT THEM. I will always want them. And I will fight for them. #MSWL

Officially wrapped on 2020 submissions! Agents, here's my #mswl for this year.

Before I start: I will always be looking to foreground queer and BIPOC voices, and on the hunt for killer hooks I can't even finish pitching without someone mashing the preorder button.

For all the books I work with, I prefer to work with queer creators and BIPOC creators, and strongly encourage those creators to send me their work. Regardless of genre, age, subject, I like lighthearted, emotional, hopeful, adventurous reads. #mswl

i was an ecology major, but somehow i still reference the episode of the wild thornberrys where eliza ruins the galapagos ecosystem by giving a bird a needle more than anything i learned in college.

I'd really love a ghostly horror story that is one part all those sea shanties we can't stop listening to, one part The Lighthouse, and a dash of The Terror. Even better if it's BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. #MSWL
