#MSWL - #YA: I'd love a great mystery or something set in one location a la CLUE or MURDER BY DEATH (contemporary or unique period, please! Not SFF). A whodunit where everyone is the suspect and bonus points for smart humor!

YA or MG graphic novels that intertwine the text and illustrations (think CHOPSTICKS) or that show a secondary story in the illustrations.

Oo! And what about a YA (Or adult, really) where it's f/f and they're forced to work on a painting together to win scholarship money or startup money. But they hate each other and then end up having a paint fight 😍 enemies to lovers! #MSWL

I would LOVE to edit a satirical MG or YA novel about student government. Think Mean Girls meets Wag the Dog. Or, like, Election without the gross teacher. #MSWL

I love novels (MG, YA, adult any genre) that are mostly in our world but have a single magical component that changes everything. #MSWL

MG or YA NF from a scientist, doctor, engineer, etc. translating all your coolest research into something that will give young readers a leg up on saving our ship and assure them there are adults fighting the good fight right now #MSWL

Oh, and very big on my #mswl as I await cooler weather: YA and MG that feels somehow autumnal! Give me book-form crispy leaves and spiced cider (spiked or not), please. I love good, cozy stories.

More #MSWL: YA with "high stakes" low stakes a la Sally Rooney with a relationship that is so emotionally charged that one text or e-mail might just mean the end of the world. Across all genres, not just contemporary!

Unlikely pairings for YA rom coms, please. Give us the couple no one expects will get together, and then make them happier than everyone (even if it takes awhile to get there). #MSWL

Definitely always on the lookout for contemporary. I want all the feels, the angst. In YA, I really want mental health focus on LGBTQ+. DEFF want LGBTQ+ middle grade crushes! GIMME! #MSWL

I'm truly interested in the intersection of upmarket sentences and scary content, whether that's for MG, YA or adult...I am here for this. #MSWL

Currently on a HUGE hunt for historical! Any age. I want lesser known historic events and locations. I want MG trusted to become enmeshed in important/involved moments. I want YA and Adult to show rebellion or championing against the common law. #MSWL
