Seems to be code for “straight” imo, or at the very least “isn’t it great how they’re gay but it’s not, like, a big deal!” plus no sex/cursing/drugs/drinking. SO, new #mswl: write me a “clean teen” book with a SUPER QUEER mc that I can rub in their faces.

I am open to select Middle Grade projects - fantasy and contemporary. I want to see really unique characters from backgrounds less-often explored in MG. I definitely want to see LGBTQ+ protags and families, other unexpected family structures, & mental health conversations. #MSWL

#MSWL Looking for adult contemp romance: primarily queer or neurodiverse. I really want to focus on queer and/or autistic relationships and show the broad range of experiences that heterocis/neurotypical creators/characters have tons of page space to show already.

#MSWL On the picture book side, I am looking for stories that deal with different levels of ability, and stories with LGBTQ+ families. Also some hilarious and unexpected wordplay like THE WONKY DONKEY.

#MSWL queer elements in YA contemporary always a bonus for me, because I am absolutely queer too. Show me teen friendships that influence us for life. Show me connections that fracture in devastating ways.
I am closing to YA Fantasy & Sci Fi. List is full on those for the moment.
