I will say it takes A LOT to scare me. If you're story can keep me up at night 👀! I want monsters, sentient settings and scares that mess with your mind! I want MCs that can't trust what they see or reality is so blurred they can't tell the difference! 8/?

I'd love some horror too! I have recently listened to NEVER WHISTLE AT NIGHT and I loved it. I am looking for supernatural elements, creepy folklore and amazing atmospheric settings rather than tons of blood/gore. #mswl

In my pursuit of a graphic novel for a reluctant middle grade reader I realized that there is a shortage of MG horror graphic novels that are RECENT, so with that in mind when I reopen to queries I want that - preferably with an illustrator already attached. Okay, bye! #MSWL

6) For YA, I would love a high concept thriller, something broody and moody but also tightly plotted in the fantasy/horror space (I adore "House of Hollow"!!), and heart-wrenching, emotional sci-fi like "The Ones We're Meant to Find."
