The news is OUT! I've joined the fierce Azantian Literary Agency as an associate agent. I've been pinching myself since @jenazantian welcomed me; it's a dream come true to be picking up my work with all my lovely authors & representing kidlit & adult fiction at ALA. 🐉

In light of the heartbreak we're all enduring and my motivation to do SOMETHING ANYTHING, I'm going to remain open to queries from marginalized voices only for the entire month of November. Check out my #MSWL and send me something if you think we'd be a good fit!

Other specifics: ABOVE ALL, I prioritize diverse own voices from marginalized communities which is why November is diverse only. I am open to queer romance of all genres and age groups. I would love more author / illustrators for graphic novels and picture books. #MSWL (4/6)

Horror is my favorite genre, so I'm open to all ages (& she gets her own graphic). I want gritty final girls, monsters, unique settings that are the horror, tropes flipped upside down, scream but even gayer, and a dash of hope at the end. Got ghosts? SEND 'EM. #MSWL (3/6)

As you can see from the above image, there's some changes in my MSWL. My amazing clients have mostly filled my kidlit roster, but I am starving for some adult! Especially thriller, speculative, and sci-fi. If you've got a weird little book, I want to see it! #MSWL (2/6)

This is such a random #MSWL , because I'm currently watching a Brown Thrasher enjoy my bird bath outside my office window. But if anyone has a book that deals with bird watchers in any form, let me know! Romance, fantasy, adult, kidlit, I just love birds. 🐦🐦‍⬛

To keep going on my earlier tweet, I LOVE all shades of MG! The quieter, simpler prose stories and the long, whimsical books that are for the big readers! Both are so welcome in my inbox 🥰 all genres! #MSWL

YES!! THIS!!! Cardigan is so damn smart, and this is very reflective of the MG trends and what kids are wanting. And as someone who has read creepypasta, played FNAF and Poppy playtime, I would love to read something like this in my inbox. 🥰 #MSWL

Some queer #MSWL ! First, stories about marginalized and queer people going abroad and finding themselves. Or queer romance featuring equestrians. Any tennis centered queer books PLEASE?! And a general call out for trans stories from trans authors.

One last particular spooky #MSWL : A Japanese horror featuring Japanese ghosts / folklore from a Japanese author would be AMAZING. If you can comp to a Chilla's Art game, I would be so happy. OR a horror centered around video games would be *chef's kiss*

A hyperspecific #MSWL , but the game Home Safety Hotline in book format. An employee that takes calls from disgruntled homeowners describing sometimes normal, sometimes supernatural, occurences happening in their home and said employee identifies and solves the problems.
