Since I’m actively acquiring, here’s a bit of my mswl. A couple of things:1. Diverse and Own Voices stories are always welcome in my inbox
2. Please don’t pitch me on twitter.
3. And of note, I’m only accepting agented submissions at this time!
I’m looking for historical romance that is warm and tropey, high concept and engaging. I also like high concept historical romance that goes dark and explores characters a la Kerrigan Byrne. Where are the diverse and #ownvoices historicals? #MSWL

I am not an agent or an editor, so I'm just throwing it out there for writers who do humor better than me:I would kill for a YA book that captured the tone and feeling of the late great tv show Dead Like me.
selfishly expanding this into a #mswl for adult SFF that hits that Dead Like Me sweet spot of charming sardonic & reserved w/a deep undercurrent of heartbreak & stunning empathy that will break into the main storyline without warning. high concept but make it lump in your throat

Right, (like a lot of other people) I've finished reading The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle (🤯) and I'm adding high-concept novels to my submissions wishlist!

Oooh, #MSWL day! I don’t have a ton of time to pop in today, but check out past tweets or my (up-to-date!) post on the site, linked in my profile. But while I’m here...Bring me a YA romance that reads like your favorite fanfic. High-concept premise (fake relationship? Austen retelling? Whatever!), slow burn, Big OTP Energy. #mswl
