I'd love to see supernatural & ghost stories, adult or YA. Bring on the eery, haunting, or Gothic. #MSWL

Happy #MSWL Day! I am ABOUT to close to queries but in #YA I’d love to see fun historical (think A Gentleman’s Guide), or historical with dashes of magic, contemporary fantasy, southern gothic, projects featuring WITCHES, rom-coms w/ strong hooks (1/)

Yes please!! #MSWL

Still looking for my new Southern Gothic. And Southern Gothic Witches. Appalachian Witches. Heck All the Witches. #MSWL

Southern Gothic. Swampy. Magical. Think BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD. #MSWL

Gothic, twisty, and literary with LGBTQIA subplots #MSWL

Oh, and I have a soft spot for Southern Gothic. Especially from/about POC. And I don’t mean just tossing a side character who practices hoodoo/voodoo into a mostly white story. *side eyes Hollywood* #MSWL YA/MG

But not just ghost stories, but anything dark and creepy. I just watched We Have Always Lived in the Castle (which is fantastic, btw), so creepy/gothic with an unreliable narrator is a plus. #MSWL YA/MG only.

I've been dying for a creepy, atmospheric contemporary southern gothic with poc characters. #MSWL so hard y'all!

Since we’re talking #mswl - send me your folk, rural, and gothic horror!

Southern gothic has been claimed so much by white writers when some of my favorite southern gothic literature is by black authors so would love to see the submissions I get really reflect the diversity of the south and of vampires, haha. #mswl

Basically Vicki and I will take your southern gothics and vampires, thank you very much #mswl

Gothic? Romance? Fairytale? Dark? YES, PLEASE! #MSWL

#MSWL: YA & Adult Fiction - magical realism, southern Gothic, Gothic, vampires, fantasy of all kinds (especially in need of a contemporary fantasy), retellings, rom coms

I don’t know... Maybe??? #Mswl I think I’d like to see this as super serious and creepy, Gothic. Or a very funny cozy. You pick!

....can I have a YA southern gothic or horror inspired by these please #MSWL

Did I miss your amazing #pitdark pitch? Query me any ol' time. Guidelines at wolfsonliterary.com I want to read your dark thrillers, suspense, mystery, gothic, historicals... Let's go! #mswl

9. I want something dark and creepy. I am very picky on my scary books, but I am in the mood to worry about sleeping in the dark. Think atmospheric or Gothic.

#MSWL
