Example: hot dogs perfectly balance salt with the sweet of the bun and every regional topping is an interpretation of heat, fat & acid.

I also get really anxious about #MSWL because I feel like I'm putting pressure on writers to fit their MS into something it's not or I'm being exclusionary. Flannery Literary looks at all queries sent to us. It's ok if your MS isn't on my MSWL. I have a wide variety of tastes.
