Fall is just the perfect time for getting cozy and curling up with a great book. This week my #mswl includes a contemporary gothic horror, a boarding school setting with a twist, and a home/lifestyle/business non fiction that will help us get organized for the new season!

Is it fair to say everything? If I had to choose, non-fiction is most exciting to me right now, and I’m especially looking for some climate/environment related stuff. But I always love funny pbs. #MSWL

#MSWL I'd love to see more timely and topical MG nonfiction! Climate, immigration, women's rights, sexual identity, economics, as well as books on role models. Plus fun nonfiction on topics kids love, like animals and weird science and history!

I have always loved the Salem Witch Trials. but I was watching a show recently on Smithsonian channel that talked about what was happening in England at the same time. FASCINATING. Give us tangential history to the well trodden paths. #MSWL

Not gonna lie: that poison dress book sounds really cool, now that I have said it. So I am going to say it: a narrative NF about poison and the non-poison uses in history. #MSWL

I think a book that also talks about tough subjects would be cool. Like racial issues, a death manual (as in like how to talk about it, etc), financial planning. And why it is important TO talk about these things. There is so much that isn't talk about until BOOM! adult. #MSWL

I want a narrative nonfiction on history. Or even facts. Like @alexandraovery keeps telling me about the dresses dyed with poison. That's just cool. #MSWL
