Today's #MSWL is a heist story. Young adult (like SIX OF CROWS) or adult (like MONEY HEIST), or even MG (for which I can't think of an example)—I want to see the mastermind behind the planning, the action, the drama, the romance that blossoms with danger around every turn!

I’m still waiting on my heist book. #mswl

#mswl: Don't you think the heist story Madison Ferris suggests here sounds fun? Have you written something similar in an SFF setting? Please send it on! nytimes.com/2020/08/25/t-m…

Still waiting for the perfect heist story to come across my desk #mswl

“High stakes heists, with interesting complicated criminals and the heat of the chase – thrill me! Something like the adult version of DEATH PREFERS BLONDES.” @maureen_moretti #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/

“Art history: Send me your criminal pitches, daring heists and long-standing criminals evading the law – I love a scammer!” @maureen_moretti #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/

Where are all the fantasy heist submissions? #mswl

Leverage was such a good show. It reminds me that I still want my YA heist book! #mswl

#mswl honestly

MG
-**we can fight climate change y’all**
-queer MC on an adventure, heist, terrible sports team etc (tho plot not necessarily about their queerness)
-STEM/STEAM threads
-joyful/frivolous/funny stories that center kids from marginalized backgrounds
-dogs, horses & sassycats (3/7)

I would be VERY OKAY with a lady-forward family heist novel thank you #MSWL

#mswl I would love something like the brothers bloom but with sisters - jokes, supportive relationships embedded in bad habits & baggage, ultimately love & kindness, heists or heists adjacent adventure? And Rachel weisz’s face. Would be good.

AHEM. #MSWL
