Not gonna lie, I've had this #mswl for a while. Doesn't have to be baseball, but the feel. The nostalgia of just kids being kids!

Since I'm opening back up for queries tomorrow, I thought I'd share some--not all--of my #MSWL must-haves.

I love novels that deal with female relationships. Think: best friends; mother-and-daughter(s); sisters (incl twins!); sisters-in-law; mother-in-law and daughter-in-law; and girlfriends. Bonus points above apply.

1. YA and MG mystery. I’d especially love to see a gritty twist on The Hardy Boys or a group of friends in the vein of Scooby Doo.

Friends to enemies or enemies to friends where the two aren’t just fighting over some guy. Think Trinkets —which is so amazing and I need the new season now!

I finished season two of Pen15 & I am shattered. I wouldn’t have gotten through middle school without my own ride-or-die, who is still my BFF today (check out these 7th grade math team nerds/soulmates). Please send me books about middle/HS friendships like Maya & Anna’s. #MSWL

#MSWL. And, especially during today’s #PitMad, I am seeking stories that resonate with hope. A beach read is always welcome as are stories involving motherhood, parenting and female friendships.

Lastly, my #1 #mswl is a YA or adult queer VICIOUS. I love the dynamic between Eli and Victor, and it doesn't have to be SFF, I just want that best-friends-turned-"I want to kill you" enemies with lots of sexual tension. To add to that, I love Killing Eve and need that as well.
