In romance: I love quirky characters and am far more likely to be drawn to a story that makes me laugh than one that makes me cry. In historical, I really would love to see some diverse stories. Give me South Asians falling in love in London during the Regency, for example. #mswl

In general, I rep adult mystery, romance, women's fiction, some SF/F, and upmarket projects, and love to see historical fiction across all genres. I also rep narrative nonfiction.

#MSWL As always, I'm so in love with YA. Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Contemporary, Historical, etc.. The things I'm not all that into are actually time travel (in any age range) and alternate dimensions (as of right now...little tired of them...).

Give me badass females and POC in your historical! Big plus if it's LGBTQ+ #MSWL just don't give me Shakespeare, Henry VIII, or Greek gods - a little worn out on WWII, as well, unless it has a totally new POV

I want Urban Fantasy, Fantasy, Historical - all inspired or utilizing non American/European mythology. Give me monsters and legends and traditions from worlds we don't often see in the mainstream. #MSWL

I also want to add that I'm open to all kinds of historical fic--thrillers, fantasy, mysteries, women's fic, YA, etc, etc. I JUST LOVE BEING IN A DIFFERENT TIME PERIOD. #mswl

For historical fic: fave time periods are 19th century and 20th century (especially 1900s-1960s). Bonus points for female protags defying the then order. Double bonus points if MCs are 1st/2nd gen Americans. #MSWL
