I'd love to see a MG or YA non-fic graphic novel. Especially something from an author from an underrepresented community. #mswl #illustrator's if you are interested, please reach out!

So jealous the girl with the green ribbon could take her brain off. pic.twitter.com/aVUkI3krKrThis post reminds me that I need one of you YA authors to write a creepy gothic retelling of the story of green ribbon girl. Maybe a graphic novel?!? #mswl

Someday I'd like to spend time to identify the visual-literary devices unique to comics and put them all in a list. Something that goes beyond appropriating terms from other media, and beyond just describing the format. If you are a graphic novel creator, looking to these #MSWL and thinking how your visual form can breathe life into them is what I want.
And I am linking to this amazing thread that @AngrygirLcomics retweeted this morning because it is gem. twitter.com/reimenayee/sta…

So let's talk graphic novel #MSWL ahead of me opening on 6/1. Below are just a small sample of some of my talented clients and their work. For graphic novels, art is such a big part of it for me. pic.twitter.com/nePULFddzM
But you don't have to be an illustrator to give me graphic novels. I also love script only graphic novels #MSWL.
One thing I have noticed about my taste is I read for escape. I lean towards fantasy, or contemporary-elevated (which is not my regular every day).

#MSWL time. Does anyone remember Cybersix? It was a comic, I watched the television series. I'd love to see another gender-bending story (graphic novel or fiction) in my inbox. Also think Nikita with Maggie Q.

My graphic novels are taking up more and more of my very limited shelf space! I just finished STEPPING STONES by Lucy Kinsey and really loved it; in it, Lucy wants to move back to the city--but (being city bound at the moment) I came for farm and stayed for the barn kittens! pic.twitter.com/Bo2gDrwQ3kAnyhow, graphic novels are high up on my #mswl at the moment! They've been a big source of company during the lockdown.
