#mswl weird and beautiful YA where I may not be sure what's really happening, but the storytelling is so skillful I trust that it will take me where I need to go. books like Strange Creatures, Ink Poppy Midnight, When the Moon Was Ours, Among Others, Places No One Knows

A few of my evergreen requests for #mswl day: women who are knights! women with swords and an unhealthy relationship to the concept of chivalry, who maybe haven't done enough introspection on their proximity to power!

Happy #MSWL Day!

I’m an associate agent at P.S. Literary building my list in SFF, horror, mystery/thriller, speculative, and book club fiction. More about my list here, and in the thread below: manuscriptwishlist.com/mswl-post/al...

#MSWL THE AMERICANS but set it in Fantasy

My kingdom for this readalike! #MSWL

Also same for #MSWL in New Adult as well

#MSWL I am really looking for YA romance/fantasy, horror, and dystopian.

#MSWL speculative, brilliantly strange literary fiction; darkly funny, razor-sharp satire about American culture; inventive hard SF and SF/literary crossovers. Books that reject racism, fascism, capitalism, patriarchy, and other -isms. Sadly not interested in fantasy, romance, or YA. Thanks!

#MSWL for a YA dystopian that comps to the 2009 scifi movie TiMER

It's #MSWL day and I am open to queries on Monday. Here are some things I am thinking about.

And last (for now) middle grade that can be comped to the Swifts! #mswl

Keeping an eye out for mysteries:
Steeped in setting like S.A. Cosby or Liz Moore
Cozy comfort reads (Christie crossed with Kawashiro?)
Amateur detectives like Cash Blackbear or Kausar Khan

#mswl speculative romance - especially stories that give me fresh takes on magic!

I love all kinds of science fiction but prefer any subgenre to be character driven. Dystopian. Space Opera. Cozy like Becky Chambers. Stories with feminist themes. Murder mysteries in space. Quirky. Darker. Pretty much everything. #MSWL
