in honour of IWtV day, a humble #mswl request for lush, gothic, deliciously literary takes on vampires. comp me Woman, Eating or Let the Right One In or Carmilla or Certain Dark Things. the grittier, darker, and more grotesque the better. as we know:

Fall is here, and I am excited to find something cozy. In particular, I'd love to read a cozy romantasy set in our world, or maybe a gripping, atmospheric mystery with a fantastic voice. I'm also into gothic stories that feature ghosts/hauntings, vampires, or curses! #mswl

-keeps me on the edge of my seat THRILLERS, extra points if it includes a good whodunnit
-psychological or supernatural HORROR, that leaves me going to sleep with the light on
