Finally touched down in London, thinking that Bologna was SUCH a delight. The enthusiasm for Children’s across the board is so rejuvenating—it’s made me want more YA fantasy and crossover projects. I’m looking for fun, fresh, high-stakes, *clever* projects with a clear voice.

New thought: a lot of the accessible literary books I've read and loved which feature young (straight) women have them going from man to man. While that's a completely normal experience—where are the early 20s women going ???? men??? Please bring those books to me

Actually, not only do I want Spuffy vibes, I would love to see some ADULT vampire romance: give me sex, blood, morally grey (or even totally amoral, done well enough) protagonists, and YEARNING. #mswl

I also, in a bit of a retro moment, would *love* to see anything that reads Spike/Buffy but with more character development and no bathroom scene. Keep the demons, though.
