I'd love to see mysteries/thrillers (literary or upmarket) with deep, psychological interiority that shows voice and personality. Think Searcher by Tana French, or Birnam Wood by Eleanor Catton.
Extra interested if there's a faux/red-flag love interest involved.

My current #MSWL . I am in particular looking for YA Thrillers, Romance, Boarding School settings, and Graphic Novels. On the Adult side, I'd love to see more Popular Science and Narrative Nonfiction, as well as Romance, and Thrillers...but there is more! 😎

6) For YA, I would love a high concept thriller, something broody and moody but also tightly plotted in the fantasy/horror space (I adore "House of Hollow"!!), and heart-wrenching, emotional sci-fi like "The Ones We're Meant to Find."

5) I am obsessed with adult thrillers and would love to find anything that comps to Lucy Foley, Eliza Jane Brazier, Laurie Elizabeth Flynn, May Cobb, Jeneva Rose. Make me connect with characters that have a surprise dark side, and then twist the knife into me at the end!

Hi Agents: Updating my #MSWL to let you know that I'm no longer able to acquire books that are strictly romance focused, though romantic sub-plots are fine. Still looking forward to seeing your thrillers, mild horror and stories with fantastical elements.

When it comes to near future, I want to see books that remind me of Arrival: first contact through a new lens. I also LOVED Ascension, and anything with that sci-fi thriller feel, with the caveat that if you would comp it to Black Mirror, it’s not for me.
