I tried to do a #MSWL thread the other day and twitter thwarted me. But I refuse to stay thwarted because have room on my list for new voices--and stories are one of the few things keeping me sane right now...Editor

NEW #MSWL: a magical MG mystery a la THE WOLF OF CAPE FEN by @julianalbrandt. The mystery is deeply personal to the character, the worldbuilding is excellent, and the magic serves the mystery plot. It also doesn't hurt that the writing is gorgeous. I want more like this!

In GN, looking for Fantasy with lush worlds and diverse casts. I want this to be something where magic is infused into society or daily living. A place where we're reading more for the people and place. I'd love to see an eco-one focusing on resources, too #amagenting #querytip

From @susanW1F: I adore novels with a sense of mischief, powerful prose/voice, dark in unexpected ways, but never bleak. I love a contemporary, complex family story, or something with a speculative edge - ghosts, folklore, magic, ‘otherness’. Find me here: bit.ly/3dvyqWg
