Just a reminder that I (and many other editors!) are eager to acquire and amplify trans voices. Agents, I’m always looking for picture books, graphic novels, and MG/YA novels that uplift the trans community 🏳️‍⚧️ No more room in this world or on our pub lists for bigotry & hate!

#MSWL for trans voices in speculative #A or #YA that comps @ryka_aoki's The Light from Uncommon Stars. I'm blown away not just by the voice, but by the originality of the story, the heart, the narrative scope. It's breathtaking. We need more trans joy in SFF. Send them my way.

Anything that deals with, examines, or plays with gender — I want to see it. YA, NA, and A are all welcome. I want to read stories from disabled writers, from queer writers, from Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian writers.
