Tomorrow is the last day I'm open to queries until the new year. I would REALLY love to see some fem-gore horror or feminist thrillers in my inbox. #MSWL

Haven't heard the term fem-gore? This is what I mean:

Doing NaNoWriMo? Here's a reminder of my #MSWL ! I'm also open to genre blending and light horror 👻

Quick #MSWL update:

-I'd love queries with an angel/guardian angel element akin to Hush Hush.

-I'm on the hunt for a YA project similar to the film Wild Child.

-I'm also looking for a gripping and emotionally rich horror project!

- QM link is in my bio

Something about fall is putting me in a romantic mood. In addition to my usual list, I'm now craving Romance on my #mswl Contemporary, Historical, Thriller, Suspense, Horror--I'd love them in my inbox please! (Please remember I'm not taking Romantasy)(LGBT, POC, disabled is a +)

This Halloween, after all the spooky October books I read, I've found myself craving a YA or MG horror novel rooted in non-Western mythology in my QM. I would love to see under-explored creatures and folklore brought to life—and the more atmospheric, the better! #MSWL

I’m still waiting on the big announcement, but I’m so excited to share that I’ve joined the incredible team @HowlandLit where I’ll be building my list in picture books, MG, and adult. Check out my #MSWL and find me on Query Manager

When I say I’m looking for real life horror, this is what I mean #mswl

Horror is my favorite genre, so I'm open to all ages (& she gets her own graphic). I want gritty final girls, monsters, unique settings that are the horror, tropes flipped upside down, scream but even gayer, and a dash of hope at the end. Got ghosts? SEND 'EM. #MSWL (3/6)

I'm not participating in PitDark, because I have some exciting news! I will be opening to queries for the first week in November (1-7) to diverse own voices ONLY. Starting January 2025, I'll open the first week of every month to everyone. #MSWL (1/6)

For horror: try me with anything and everything, I am eager to expand my YA horror list!

In adult horror, I am more a fan of the psychological than the monstrous, unless the monster is a metaphor. I would love something darkly comic; I would love something in the vein of BOY PARTS.

Romantasy is fine but the fantasy elements MUST be strong! 2. Horror: Psychological and paranormal horror in particular but will consider slashers. Love gothic horror. Generally not fazed by gory content.

Hey y'all, I'm not on this site much anymore, but just in case it's helpful, I'm posting my updated #MSWL here! Check out our submissions instructions to send me your brilliant work :)

idk this is kind of a #mswl vibe … liminal spaces … nineties neon coding … speculative horror … mmm yes

Tidbits on what I’m hunting: adult/YA horror; romance (sweet, dark, steam; romcoms, meet cutes, sports hero protagonists, etc.); thrillers/psych susp.; YA dark academia; adult/YA fantasy/romantasy (r’masy must be very unique); & more. Read #mswl #WritingCommmunity #amquerying
