And always on the hunt for more queer adult and YA romance! Especially if it has a speculative twist! #mswl

Another reminder to agents that I'm on the hunt for submissions this fall! I'd love to see MORE adult and YA #horror in my inbox! Give me your books that comp to Aliens and Scream or both! Your psychological horror! Isolated thrillers! I want all things creepy!

I only acquire in the adult space, to break down our imprints, I’m looking for the following:

Crooked Lane:
Thrillers, historical mysteries, cozy mysteries, and horror.

Alcove Press:
Historical fiction, speculative fiction and magical realism, bookclub fiction, and romantasy.

But also if someone can somehow write this idea as an adult horror novel then consider this an ultra specific #mswl tweet lol

#MSWL : Adult nonfiction: memoirs & narrative nonfiction, spirituality/New Age, self-help, health/fitness, body/mind/spirit, parenting/family, motivational/inspirational, business, celebrity, lifestyle, pets, psychology, relationships & dating, & true crime. #WritingCommunity 3/3

New #MSWL continued: I'd also love to have more adult mysteries on my list so send me your traditional, cozy, and amateur sleuth mysteries!

I’m also looking for nonfiction proposals from authors with a platform or who are experts in their field. #WritingCommunity 2/3

New #MSWL ! I'm building my adult list, so I'd love to see adult thrillers/suspense. Send me your psychological, domestic, and serial killer thrillers. I LOVE dark!!! No medical, political, legal, or spy thrillers. 1/3 #WritingCommunity

#mswl overview

✨Adult MSWL✨

I would love to see horror or projects with series potential. Though my adult list is very full at the moment and is where I’m least looking to grow at the moment!

I think I may need a fake boyfriend story when I reopen. YA or Adult #MSWL

Lil' heads up--when I reopen to queries this fall, in addition to fiction, I'll be opening widely to ALL categories of adult non-fiction.

I'd also love to connect with some self-pub'd writers looking for an agent to help exploit audio and foreign rights! 👀

#mswl

I represent MG, young adult, & adult speculative fiction (including science fiction, fantasy, horror, & cross-genre books). In all age groups, my taste gravitates toward speculative fiction with subtle romance & lush prose. Horror, mystery, & romance elements are my soft spot.

I'm also looking for adult nonfiction: memoirs & narrative nonfiction, spirituality/New Age, self-help, health/fitness, body/mind/spirit, parenting/family, motivational/inspirational, business, celebrity, lifestyle, pets, psychology, relationships/dating, & true crime. #MSWL 2/2

UPDATE: I'm open to adult horror & adult nonfiction queries through Query Manager! Send me spooky and/or psychological horror. I LOVE dark!!! I’m okay with gore as long as it fits with the story and isn’t just there for the ick factor. #MSWL 1/2

still not over yesterday's japan v italy men's volleyball game 🏐😭💔 SO I feel like this is the perfect time to make it known that I need a novel (adult/YA) that makes me feel ALL the feelings Haikyuu evokes

consider this a perennial #mswl !!! PLS!

Hello #amquerying writers! I have a small #MSWL request: if your book has vibes like I Saw the TV Glow, Love Lies Bleeding, or Saltburn, please send it my way!! Adult or YA 👀
