I won’t be open to queries til January, but in 2022, I’d love a genre book, YA or adult, that deals with reproductive health—birth control, abortion, infertility, PCOS, just the tough stuff that sometimes comes with an AFAB body—without it being the book’s central conflict #mswl

I want to counteract this - I would LOVE to find a great contemporary Jewish story for MG or YA. Anything that isn't historical! I want Jewish rom-com or a Jewish fantasy and just Jewish joy in whatever forms #MSWL

Forbidden love is a plus! YA writers, I love a good tear-jerker, but also an up-to-the-minute novel that gives us a look at 2021 teen-life, like THE HATE U GIVE. For me, YA is all about the character and their voice. (3/4).

I’m YA: I would love to see stories from BIPOC creators that explores culture through things like music or food or art. The way those things can connect us to culture and also cross cultural barriers is a relatable way to explore identity, especially in the YA space. #mswl

In YA: I’m listening to Red (Taylor’s version) on repeat—my “All Too Well” ask in the Romance section might have given me away—but a story inspired by “Everything Has Changed” would be right up my alley. Bonus points if it’s set during summer vacation. #mswl
