Throwing out a few Monday #MSWL items into the universe while we’re all still under quarantine. I’m enjoying doing this as I’m looking to build my list right now across PB, MG, and YA, with a focus in MG. Agent friends, if we haven’t connected yet, let’s!

Exciting bookish news: I have a shiny new #MSWL page! Agent friends, take a look (and hit me up if you want to geek out over mutual faves): manuscriptwishlist.com/mswl-post/feat…

My client list is super queer but I am definitely on the lookout for stories by trans women, both in fiction and non-fiction! We need these stories. I represent all ages, but primarily focus on childrens, picture books through YA! #mswl

Day 34: I have one solitary crisp, white eyebrow hair. Pajamas have fused to my body. I eat pickles for breakfast now.

Agents! I'm looking for manuscripts to boost everyone's spirits! Heart-warming MG! YA fantasy to get lost in! Funny or sweet PBs! #MSWL

My kingdom for a picture book about rats trying to prove they’re as cute as mice. Positive rat PR would truly make my list complete #mswl

Rhythmic picture books that make for great read aloud. #mswl

Somebody please send me a picture book ms titled I HATE HUGS. It must not end in a change of heart. #mswl

Picture books (fiction or NF) that show neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQ+ family structures, diaspora or immigrant experiences
Adult NF: I'm interested in cookbooks that teach me something new about the world
#mswl

Picture books with standout/breakout characters like THE BAD SEED and MOTHER BRUCE. #mswl

With the world as it is, I'm looking for some fun/funny picturebooks, agent friends! And I love smart wordplay, too. #mswl

This is actually like the top of my #MSWL; I love retellings and would love to see more that include characters from marginalized backgrounds (and that holds true from PB through YA for me) #askDVPit

I'm dying for some #OwnVoices #Diversity #POC #LGBTQ picture books!!! Paste your query and MS and send to querylynnette (at) theseymouragency (dot) com. #MSWL #kidlit #amquerying

My #MSWL page is live! Agents, send me your lyrical or funny picture books, your grim and adventurous MG, and all of your dark, whimsical, and emotional YA. Graphic novels are also welcome 📚 bit.ly/MeriamMetouiMS…

“Picture Books: the Wheel of the Year, cultural traditions/history, tales of mythology and lore, object-based nonfiction (no biographies), ghosts.” @msmariavicente #MSWL mariavicente.com/representation

"Romance, Literary, Commercial, Suspense, Young Adult, Middle Grade, and Picture Books." @CurtisPSLA #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/

😂 Humorous and witty picture books! Would love something whimsical featuring a duo of adventure (and trouble making) siblings. #MSWL

Have a look at my #mswl pinned tweet if you're thinking of submitting - I'm actively looking to build my list and welcome submissions in a whole range of genres, from picture books to SFF 👋

I need some picture books, but I want commercial fun things. #MSWL

now that many editors are working remotely from home, I've been sending out lots of new picture book stories from my author/illustrators... here's to reading! #MSWL and big hugs to #kidlitart peeps xo

Feeling a little down about the idea of working from home, and from the realization that I likely won't travel to Chicago next month and see my family. Agents, now would be a GREAT time to slide into my inbox with a heartwarming and cutesy picture book! #MSWL
