In general, I love love, so having romance in your MS is plus. However, I understand that romance isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, so if your MS has a whole lot of heart, please send it my way. I do love a happy ending.

We updated our romantic suspense guidelines last year and are actively doing outreach to find authors who are writing LGBTQ+ stories. I know that category romance in general and Harlequin in particular have not always been quick to embrace stories from underrepresented voices.
