SPECULATIVE—I’d love to find adult fiction with light touches of magic such as magical realism, cozy fantasy, or magic-tinged rom coms. THE INHERITANCE OF ORQUÍDEA DIVINA, THE VERY SECRET SOCIETY OF IRREGULAR WITCHES, THE EX HEX, and EMILY WILDE’S ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF FAERIES. #MSWL

ROM COMS—I love rom coms, especially when there is a high concept commercial hook. My favorite tropes are grumpy/sunshine, enemies to lovers, fish out of water, forced proximity. Some of my all-time favorites are: BEACH READ (elite), THE UNHONEYMOONERS, and REAL MEN KNIT. #MSWL

BOOK CLUB FICTION—I love books that are engaging, accessible reads but still have some layers to them. Some examples of this are LESSONS IN CHEMISTRY, VIOLETA, WHERE’D YOU GO BERNADETTE, THE DOLLHOUSE, THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO, ROOM, ACTS OF VIOLET. #MSWL
