Nonfiction

Sarah Phair @SarahPhair · 14 Nov 2018

Dear Twitter, I want to expand the nonfiction side of my list. Please send me your feminist narrative nonfiction, pop culture proposals, and anything food related. #mswl

Elaine Spencer @ElaineSpencer · 14 Nov 2018

I've changed my #MSWL a bit lately and am adding more and more talented NF authors to my roster. @norsemeat knocked it out of the park with this project that I pulled straight from our slush pile of queries!

Ann Leslie Tuttle @AnnLeslieTuttle · 13 Nov 2018

#MSWL. As women become more vocal about their experiences, I would love to find some narrative nonfiction that deals with motherhood and the often painful journey women undergo to realize this dream.

Amanda Jain @wensday95 · 13 Nov 2018

Nonfiction: books about food (always!), travel, history, art, and culture. I love to see projects that show the intersections of these topics. For instance, I'd love to see one on food deserts in America and how they disproportionately affect minority communities. #mswl

"Non-fiction like Joseph McCormack's BRIEF: MAKE A BIGGER IMPACT BY SAYING LESS." @CurtisPSLA #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/

Jessica Faust @BookEndsJessica · 2 Nov 2018

I've gotten back into the nonfiction game and am absolutely loving it. Here are some #Mswl leadership & management books, especially written by women, finance guides, personal empowerment (and if all of these are personally empowering all the better.

"I really, really want illustrated nonfiction. Ex: WHAT WE SEE IN THE STARS, LITERARY WITCHES. Or maybe something prescriptive and workbook-ish like THE CURATED CLOSET." @msmariavicente #MSWL bit.ly/2P9Z0aX

Eric Smith @ericsmithrocks · 28 Oct 2018

Where is the non-fiction writer / relationships expert working on a book about making friends as an adult when you're over 30?

Send me your manuscript proposal. For personal and literary agent reasons. I'm both lonely AND see the value in a book like this! #MSWL

Carly Watters @carlywatters · 18 Oct 2018

My #MSWL is here: carlywatters.com/2018/04/09/201… I'm looking for a whole lot of #ownvoices fiction and platform driven non-fiction. Submission instructions linked to on the page too.

Julie Gwinn @JulieGwinn · 15 Oct 2018

Currently looking for nonfiction. Lifestyle, cookbook, inspirational, but no memoirs please. #MSWL #nonfictionnovember

Amanda Jain @wensday95 · 9 Oct 2018

#MSWL for nonfiction projects about books and authors as well! Caroline Fraser's PRAIRIE FIRES, Anne Boyd Rioux's MEG, JO, BETH, AMY, John Matteson's EDEN'S OUTCASTS, and Deborah Lutz's THE BRONTE CABINET are all great examples of the types of projects I'd love to see.

Maria Vicente @msmariavicente · 5 Oct 2018

Putting it out into the twitter universe that I am looking for more clients creating beautifully illustrated books! Graphic novels, graphic memoirs, graphic nonfiction—anything and everything you're working on, for any age group. #MSWL

“Non fiction: parenting, feminism, health, wellness, business, essay collections—from individuals with large platforms (bloggers, YouTube, newsletters etc)” @carlywatters #MSWL psliterary.com/submissions/

Kat Kerr @thekatsmews · 26 Sep 2018

For non-fiction, my #MSWL is pretty simple: I'd love to see woke AF literary journalism pieces in my inbox. Something relevant with a strong, engaging voice.
