With the #Olympics on my mind, I'd love to find a #PB, #MG, or #YA book about #figureskating. I don’t want the stereotypical "mean girl" skater. Show me the skater who stays after hours, who has a million bruises from trying to nail a jump, who uses the ice as a canvas. #MSWL

I'd also love a realistic Middle Grade with a protagonist who has an immigrant parent (or parents). Growing up, I would have really appreciated reading this element in a book. #MSWL

Illustrated middle-grade stories! #mswl There are kids out there clamoring for them. Kids who find an all-text novel too scary. Kids who have outgrown chapter books but who aren't ready for a novel. They need those illustrated stories!
