Arts and crafts. I'm a quilter and crafter. Give me books on sewing, quilting, and other crafts. Books on how to create an Etsy/craft business would also be good.

This is a major want: give me your nonfiction emotional intelligence books. Narrative is okay IF you are a professional and have the science and research to back it up. I want the next The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F@ck. I'd also love to see an EQ book geared for teens.

First, send me all the business proposals. Everything from social media marketing, leadership strategies, communication, and motivation. Additionally, how can we care for employees while growing a business?

Hi friends. I'm going to close to queries Feb 1 to focus on my clients and requests. Before I do, I would love to see some more #nonfiction in my box. Click on thread for #MSWL #WritingCommunity 🧵(screwed up first thread and trying again)

I just “liked” my local librarian on a dating app. An app I hate using, but like, I don’t want to die alone. He is very cute and nice and we seem like a good fit…
This will either work out really well or make future library visits very awkward. 🫣 #kidlit #dating #library

I saw a tweet this weekend that said that agents are “like kids who don’t know what they want to eat” — referring to the fact that, sometimes, even when a writer submits something that seems like it matches our #mswl, we still pass. (1/6)

I love nonfiction but have very little of it on my list! Let's fix that, eh? I'm looking for high concept projects with a fun, commercial bent supported by your fantastic platform. Teach me something—hobbies, cooking, gardening. I want an adventure! #MSWL

Generally NOT a fit for third-person. I’d work on some third-person books (esp. PBs!), but strongly prefer first-person, as I often find it easier to connect with a character’s voice & interiority in first-person.
I have nothing against third-person; this is just my own taste!
