One of my dream #MSWL items is an adventure novel that reads like a film like FREE SOLO or THE BARKLEY MARATHONS feels. An edge-of-your-seat outdoors story with near-superhuman athleticism. I’ve spent all of quar hiking & watching ALONE so I’ve had too much time to dwell on this.

For MG fiction, my interests fall heavily on the action-adventure scale, especially stories informed by non-western mythology and folklore. Loud and funny is a better fit than quiet and contemplative. In nonfiction, I love topics that kids—and I—can geek out about.
