The “lunar gothic” style of architecture could be seen on every moon and asteroid in the solar system. We crafted dead rocks into castles of dark, lacy towers. Their stained glass windows glowed sky-blue in the light of the faraway sun, holding back the terror of living the void.hello I like this type of SF pls send #mswl

Also, there are multiple narratives in any conflict. Whose story are you telling—and why? Is it the most interesting version of this war? Give me postwar occupation, colonialism-in-the-name-of-peace, refugees/displacement, war crimes trials, &c. #MSWL #SFF twitter.com/mary_c_moore/s…War disproportionately/differently impacts different populations w/in the same society. Veterans vs civilians, but also: different socioecon groups, industries (wartime vs peacetime economies), urban vs rural, ethnic minorities—esp ones w/ historic ties to "the enemy." #MSWL #SFF

Inspired by #VeteransDay I'm hoping someone starts writing a military SF in the vein of Old Man's War/Forever War about our current culture of warfare. So much has changed since 1974 and 2005. What is war like now? #MSWLPeople of color represent 40% of active duty military and women make up 15%. What stories do you have to write? I want to read them. #MSWL #ownvoices
