I’m looking for fast-paced, stylish horror with a pop-culture edge—think Fear Street meets Jennifer’s Body with the energy of a ‘90s teen slasher and the wit of Scream Queens. I love stories with neon-lit danger, campy yet chilling thrills, & protagonists who are as sharp as their eyeliner. #MSWL

I have a feeling that kidlit publishers in '97 saw the art and thought, 'Wtf, this is way too scary for children. Shelve it.'

Fastforward 20+ years and they're like, 'This isn't enough, we need to bring in Stephen King.'
