Dark fantasy, gothic fantasy, horror-fantasy blends, and stories with subversive religious themes. Think SERPENT & DOVE, WICKED SAINTS, and THE YEAR OF THE WITCHING. #MSWL

Historical novels both fantasy and realistic—especially overlooked or underrepresented stories in history (though I'm pickier when it comes to 20th century history). Examples of what I'm looking for: DREAD NATION and BLOOD COUNTESS! #MSWL

I’m particularly eager to find voices from historically underrepresented perspectives in adult SF/F and horror, and as a queer man, I am especially drawn to LGBTQIA+ and feminist perspectives for those genres as well. #MSWL

So what am I looking for? I want explosive, colorful, funny, bizarre, exciting stories that examine technology, identity, and human relationships of all kinds. As in kidlit, I’m eager for vital, personal, and poignant stories in the #adult sf/f and horror genres. #MSWL
