MG Graphic Novels

I want ALL THE MG GN! Looking for slice of life, LGBTQ+ characters and first crushes, kids who can lean on each other and don't run to parents to solve problems.

All genres welcome here #amagenting #mswl

Many kind people have pointed out that my #MSWL profile listed me as open to queries while Twitter name specified I was currently closed. Sorry for the confusion! At this point, I am closed to new queries as I focus on what I already have to look at.

Cheers!

I want a ya romcom like this please! #mswl

I’m caught up on queries and have 4 submissions from September in my inbox. I’d love to find some adult nonfiction, mysteries, and suspense. #MSWL

Something that will forever and always be on my #MSWL is "food books" because I'm still chasing the dopamine rush I got every time I read BUNNY CAKES as a kid and saw the cakes Ruby and Max made. 😋🎂✨

It’s thrilling to think about what new treasures might be headed to my query box, and I can’t wait to see them! And please know that even if it’s a pass from me, it’s an honor to have the opportunity to read and see your work! Good luck! 10/end

I enjoy pop culture, and I’m not immune to the charms of film and TV. I especially enjoy TCM and Criterion and quirky smart horror comedies 9/

I want to walk away from every book having learned something new, and love being inspired by personal stories in both fiction and nonfiction. I am invigorated by lost or alternate histories 8/

I find imperfect characters more interesting that those that start off with all the answers, and earned happy (or at least bittersweet) endings are some of my favorites 7/

I delight in being hooked by a high concept and a clever premise, but that creative vision needs strong character development and an attention to every word. I love gorgeous writing AND plot! 6/

I am deeply into stories with crossover appeal, whether that’s YA/adult, commercial/literary, and blending genres in surprising ways 5/

I’m eager to explore the bonds and complexities of both blood and chosen families ❤️ 4/

I’m drawn to stories that examine social issues in unique ways, and voices that have been historically underrepresented in publishing 3/

I represent a wide range of adult fiction and nonfiction, including literary and genre fiction, graphic novels, narrative nonfiction, and memoir. In the Children’s space, I represent YA and MG graphic novels, some prose YA and select picture books 2/
