- Fantasy rooted in folklore and culture, featuring diverse characters, myths, and monsters

- Fresh genre crossovers/subgenres like cozy sci-fi, horror romance, literary historical fantasy, etc.

I think I need a #mswl adult royals book that pulls me in like these Kate conspiracies. I’ve fallen down the royal family rabbit hole and I’m ok with that 😅.

Adult/YA Romantasy:

I really want to see queer stories here (and everywhere else too!). I especially want sapphic and trans/nonbinary characters. High or low stakes is okay here so long as the romance is believable and I get the worldbuilding! 9/?

Adult/YA Horror:

I will say it takes A LOT to scare me. If you're story can keep me up at night 👀! I want monsters, sentient settings and scares that mess with your mind! I want MCs that can't trust what they see or reality is so blurred they can't tell the difference! 8/?

Adult/YA Science Fiction:

For me, the more science the better! I love extrapolations on current science/tech. I love stories set in space or that involve space travel or are set after some sort of catastrophe/apocalypse. 6/?

Adult/YA Fantasy:

For both here, I really want cozy fantasy. Low stakes 'comfort' reads are huge especially if it's got something to do with food or music! Contemporary and urban fantasies are also great and I love vamps and werewolves! 4/?

First I'm looking for Adult, YA and select MG. I'll start with MG since it is the shortest!

MG Fantasy:

I love all these fantasy here, I would love to see magical creatures, especially dragons. A magic school with diverse cast? Send it my way! 2/?

My current #MSWL . I am in particular looking for YA Thrillers, Romance, Boarding School settings, and Graphic Novels. On the Adult side, I'd love to see more Popular Science and Narrative Nonfiction, as well as Romance, and Thrillers...but there is more! 😎
