I'm barely scratching the surface... psychological horror! Character-driven literary fantasy! Someone stop me!

But I'm gonna take a break for now.

Can't wait to bring some amazing books into the world @DelacortePress!! ❤️

#mswl

Did anyone else see this article about this elite LA prep-school basketball team? I want this #YA book please. #mswl

I'm ALWAYS looking for high concept, trope-filled #YA rom-coms. (Who else saw THE THING ABOUT HARRY??)

And I would give my heart for a #YA contemporary with all the feels of SEX EDUCATION--authentic voice, offbeat aesthetic, HUMOR, and a killer ensemble. #mswl

And on the exact opposite end of the spectrum, I love my contemporary realistic #MG with tons of heart + humor + hope. ❤️

Would love to see a character-driven sports story, like the Track series!

#mswl

I really REALLY want to see more spooky, dark, creepy #MG in my inbox. Horror! MONSTERS!! Where u at?

#mswl

NGL I'm also consistently a sucker for...

📌Families! Siblings! Multi generational stories!
📌Witches + magic
📌Baking (bonus points: make it flirty)
📌Speculative twist? I'm there.

#mswl #MG #YA

I'm always looking for:

✨A big hook + a super strong voice + gorgeous writing
✨Unique, immersive, fully realized settings
✨Genre blending/defying stories. Give me the weird, the ambitious, the unforgettable.

Hi, black Southern Gothic with spec elements needs to hit my inbox. Please and thank you!

I'd love a twisty thriller like ELITE on Netflix that keeps me guessing til the very last moment! #MSWL

Always! I'm dying for some deeply emotional MG contemporary, smart MG fantasy/adventure, and a sweeping, EPIC YA romance. More of my recent wishlist items are on the hashtag #MSWL! #okscbwichat

I would really, really like some non-Western royalty stories! Modern, fun and highly aspirational pls! #MSWL

Put women on the front lines too. Have them as the ones taking orders and trying to kill/kidnap the characters. They can also be dishonorably discharged ex-military now trying to supplement incomes with criminal activity. Or whatever else. It doesn't always have to be men. #mswl

I'd love to see LIS submissions in which the group attacking the hero/heroine has women at all levels. Usually when the villains are part of a group or taking out hits on them, the grunts are men, and women are only involved if they are behind it all and/or hiring hit men. #mswl
