Iβd be very interested in a book with an MC with Alopecia. Any age. Preferably written by someone who has dealt with it themselves. #MSWL
And It doesnβt have to be an βissueβ book either, just a character existing β€οΈ

"Psychology is perhaps my favorite field in nonfiction. I'd love to read stories about therapists and their patients in the vein of MAYBE YOU SHOULD TALK TO SOMEONE by Lori Gottlieb and GOOD MORNING, MONSTER by Catherine Gildiner."

15/15 These are all things that make me VERY happy, and if I haven't made it clear in this thread/I don't say it enough - I am an #ActuallyAutistic agent, and always happy to hear from and work with neurodiverse creators!

14/ Lastly, textile arts and crafts. I do thread painting embroidery, spin wool, sew, and I started crocheting rather non-stop this year. My family is historically a shepherding family. Send me ALL your sheepie stories, and things like THE SUBVERSIVE STITCH, by Rozsika Parker.

13/ I love the global supply chain, and I think that it says SO MUCH about our society. I loved the podcast Containers by @alexismadrigal, and @rosegeorge3's NINETY PERCENT OF EVERYTHING. Have me on your podcast to talk about publishing supply chain! I can't shut up about it!

12/ I collect stickers! I love them! I have never seen or read a book in which this has been a theme or story, but I absolutely want to! Jigsaw puzzles and Legos are also strong interests of mine.

11/ @LouRaguse's true crime book VANISHED IN VERMILLION comes out soon, and I would LOVE to do more non-fiction crime stories. If you have read, watched, or listened to something true crime, I probably have, too. And if I haven't, please tell me about it.

10/ I grew up in the church, I continue to be a church nerd, and I am absolutely fascinated by the ups and downs of religions and spirituality. I am particularly keen on Mormonism and Utah, as well as spiritual cults. I devoured PRIESTDADDY by @TriciaLockwood.

9/ I was a child of the 90's, I LOVE 90's culture, and especially children's media. FOREST HILLS BOOTLEG SOCIETY by @nicolegoux and @xDaveBakerx was an INSTANT pre-order when I discovered it.

8/ Historic tragedies and melodramatic tragic figures have always FASCINATED me. I read Anne Frank's journal cover to cover repeatedly as a child. I PORED over photographs of the Titanic. I think of Marie Antoinette's cruel and misattributed "let them eat cake" regularly.

7/ Mental illness and psychiatric disability is always an area of interest of mine, since it both affects me and I've worked in the field extensively. I often refer people to non-fiction on this topic, but another favourite is @sentencebender's DESTROY ALL MONSTERS.
