Nonfiction is harder for me to pin down, but I am mostly interested in subjects that relate to humanity and community. Some topics I will be looking for include: spirituality, intuition, natural living, culture, food, and agriculture.

I would love to find something that breaks the expected norms of a trope in a satisfying way, and am happy to look at things that bend or combine genres!

I love contemporary romance, but prefer it to be part of a "bigger picture" story (think THE ARC by Tory Henwood Hoen)

I am drawn to dark stories, especially with weird or whimsical elements (BUNNY by Mona Awad is a fav, as well as GOOD RICH PEOPLE by Eliza Jane Brazier)

In fiction, I am only taking on adult novels. I am also limiting myself to contemporary only—mild speculative elements are okay if they are very grounded, but I'm not taking sci-fi or fantasy (sorry!)
