YA/NA #MSWL: although sci-fi is still tough, I always say things in publishing are tough but not impossible.

I’d love a BIPOC grounded sci-fi mystery/thriller that can be comp’d to DEVS/Tales From The Loop/The OA.

I'm almost afraid to ask. Somehow this is terrifying which makes me #MSWL a horror with him as Villain. Nothing gross though. I don't do gross out. Just smart and terrifying.

Two specific #MSWL items that will be on my list when I reopen to queries:
1, survivors of family "reunification" programs (like Building Family Bridges), fictionalized or NF accounts
2, fiction that explores the unique friendships between gay men and lesbians
