Two specific #MSWL items that will be on my list when I reopen to queries:
1, survivors of family "reunification" programs (like Building Family Bridges), fictionalized or NF accounts
2, fiction that explores the unique friendships between gay men and lesbians
11/ @LouRaguse's true crime book VANISHED IN VERMILLION comes out soon, and I would LOVE to do more non-fiction crime stories. If you have read, watched, or listened to something true crime, I probably have, too. And if I haven't, please tell me about it.
It appears that there are no great books out there about families managing and/or people living with FASD. I would love to see a great, nuanced, non-fiction title on this subject. #MSWL
3/ Only 11% of my list is non-fiction! Please send me your deep-dive journalism, progressive true crime, essay collections, and science books! Think @esmewang's COLLECTED SCHIZOPHRENIAS or @yourewrongabout.

Follow up to yesterday's #MSWL: similarly, in the style of Unsolved Mysteries, I want investigative non-fiction about rural life in America, from people who have lived it. Gimme gimme.
