Women

My #MSWL has been full of suspense lately, but I also want really great mysteries and women's fiction.

Thao Le @ThaoLe8 · Mar 16

Craving a narrative nonfiction Frida Kahlo YA in the vein of Vincent and Theo. Or about any WOC artists in general. #mswl

Naomi Davis @NaomisLitPix · Mar 15

My #MSWL always includes sff and diversity, but please send me allll the women and LGBTQ+ characters in sci fi!

Carrie Pestritto @literarycarrie · Mar 14

I'm on the lookout for great millennial romance and women's fiction--if you have stories about young graduates figuring out life, with diverse characters, or involving technology, send it to me!! #mswl

BIG #MSWL for Crossover/Adult SFF

I'm looking for a book that engages with the abuses perpetrated against indigenous people, in particular women, and the colonizer's legacy of violence and oppression.

Please spread the word. I need this book. The world needs this book.

Random #MSWL I’m putting out into the universe: I would love a manuscript that tackles the disappearances of Native American girls and women, a la the movie Wind River. YA or Adult, #ownvoices. Ok universe...let’s make it happen. 🤞🏽

I'm still looking for this book. It doesn't have to be set in America, or even our world. What I'm really after is a book that engages with the abuses perpetrated against indigenous people, in particular women, and the colonizer's legacy of violence and oppression. #mswl

#MSWL I want this as the base for a romantic suspense series: kick-ass African warrior women who protect animals. Go! plantbasednews.org/post/zimbabwes…

Happy #WomensHistoryMonth-- Would love to find more stories of trailblazing women and girls, send them my way! #MSWL

Amanda Jain @wensday95 · Mar 5

There are hints of springtime in the air, so I'd love to see some outdoorsy romance or women's fiction. Give me competing archaeologists, park rangers, adventure guides, farmer's market rivals, anything! #mswl #mswlmadness

Jessica Faust @BookEndsJessica · Mar 5

I finished another book by Sara Addison Allen this weekend, which means my #MSWL for today is a feel good women's fiction, family story. With or without magical realism. #MSWLMadness

Caitlin McDonald @literallycait · Mar 3

I hope this was clear in my earlier thread but hey I REALLY want to see more stories about queer women by queer women! #mswl

Natascha Morris @SoCalledYALife · Mar 2

Badass ladies. I love women who take charge. I am more intrigued by Sansa and Brienne than Ayra. Even Dany has her moments for me. Women often play second fiddle to men in the world, so I love a woman who won't be held back.

Jessica Faust @BookEndsJessica · Mar 2

My #FridayFeeling is also my #MSWL -- women's fiction about the effect the opioid crisis has on one family. #WF #MSWLMadness

Kelly @YAFantasyFan · Mar 2

I still desperately need a Women's Fiction or Romance or even just Contemporary like The Bold Type! Friendship and female bosses galore! And HUMOR! All the laugh out loud lines, please! #MSWL

Body positivity in YA or WF, with a character who actually *likes* exercise! We exist!! #MSWL

Genevieve Gagne-Hawes @genevievejude · Feb 22

I'm just going to own it and say: I would read the hell out of a women's fiction novel based on Tessa Virtue/Scott Moir. #MSWL
