Hyper specific #MSWL time 🦍 I have been heavily invested in the 100 men vs 1 gorilla discourse over the last few days and I would be HIGHLY interested in a laugh out loud battle royale style comedy horror where 100 dude bros are dropped onto an island to fight 1 gorilla but then things go hilariously wrong for this group of chads as they try scheme after scheme to kill this gorilla. Either way just to remind everyone that my #mswl (and the Labyrinth Road list overall) includes YA but really focuses on MG series that blend internal and external, epic stakes and feature Big Feelings & soapy relationships of friendships, family, and yes crushes!

I’m curious to hear from others about MG submissions. Labyrinth Road focuses on MG, with select YA titles. Lately most submissions I get have been YA. Are people feeling afraid to write or sub MG because of all the market challenges? I believe there will always be space for great MG novels & series!
