I love romantasy, but I’d also be curious to see romance-forward stories in other SFFH genres. Dystopian? Speculative/SF? And maybe most challenging of all….Horror? #mswl

@Gabino_Iglesias Upmarket, smart, high stakes that go beyond “don’t die.” Get Out, Parasite are good movie comps, Lauren Beukes is a good book comp even though I know she’s not strictly horror, also Anita Ahlborn and Joe Hill. Honestly I just want something that grabs me and has something to SAY
