I often post about my editor wishlist but the truth is I don't always know what I want till I read it. I never knew I wanted a mystery series with a dowser sleuth till @authorwendy subbed it. Never knew I'd love a paranormal mystery with a not-ghost sleuth till @jeralibu wrote itSo just because your story doesn't appear to match my editor wishlist, don't hesitate to send it in anyway. The unexpected stories are often the most exciting. I'm reading a manuscript submission right now that's giving me that delight in the unexpected. #MSWL

For mind, body, spirit, I lean more towards the spirit side. Medium stories, witches, cartomancy, rituals, astrology, a spiritual practice, etc are right up my alley #MSWL

I also like archaeologists and treasure hunting stories!! Give me something like The Mummy or Indiana Jones in book form. Bonus if this is somehow turned into a romance! I’d love to see a YA too. #MSWL

Assistant Editor
I’d love to have a YA set in Ancient Egypt. It can be historical, or a YA fantasy with magic, and gods and all the details. This is something I’ve always wanted to read! Send me some! #MSWL

Assistant Editor
Magical realism is something I love overall and would like to see more of, both in YA and adult. Would love to have some Latinx voices in for this one! #MSWL

Assistant Editor
I’d love to see some YA historical fantasy. I love seeing twists to history and the fantastical elements. #MSWL

I love YA fantasy and I’m looking for diverse stories and #ownvoices here. Where are the Latinx witches and kingdoms? Take me to places based off of cultures like my own, and not like my own. I like contemp, court intrigue, plot twists and tropes (and spins on tropes too) #MSWL

Assistant Editor
I love myths, legends and fairytales. I’d love to see some retellings or adaptations. They can be contemporary, historical, fantasy, etc. #MSWL
