Talking about interesting settings for romantic suspense books today and this article about living in a ghost town popped up. I wonder what could happen in a place like this... bit.ly/2JoHQGH #MSWL

I'd love to see suspense books with interesting, evocative outdoor settings like national parks (Grand Canyon, Yellowstone) or snowy mountains or deserts.#MSWL
My Grand Canyon tour guide told us it can take days to reach a plane/helicopter crash in the canyon on foot for recovery. Play around with that for a "what if..." #MSWL

Apparently no one wants any more vampires and werewolves but like I want more. I want queer vamps/wolves, POC ones, queer POC ones, trans/non-binary ones. You're not sick of vamps/wolves, you're sick of seeing the same ones over and over again. There's a diff. 🤷🏻♀️

Honestly one of the best novels I’ve ever read. Pick up @pengshepherd’s book! twitter.com/pengshepherd/s…I talk a lot about how my favorite kind of literary fiction blends genres, pulling the speculative or a bit of magic into it.
And this one is a perfect, stunning example of that.
More books like @pengshepherd’s in my query box, please. #MSWL

Okay, this will be my last #mswl for a little while, but man I love multi gen family drama. If there's a nice mystery in there, or even some well placed magic - I'm in! xoxo #writingcommmunity

#MSWL can we have a historical fiction based on the woman who posed for the Rosie the Riveter poster? She died in 2018 and damn it, I wanna know more. pinterest.com/pin/8394991867…
