I'd also love to see anti-heroes or morally grey characters as the main protagonist across age groups. #MSWL

Anything mg or YA that can be comped to AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER, especially if it heals my poor Zutara-shipping heart. Most of all, I love the character interactions in ATLB, the fully-realized sweetness and depth. Plus the unique world! #MSWL

I'd love to see YA rom-com featuring underrepresented voices. #MSWL TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE has left a void in my heart.

Would love to find a compelling YA space opera! The setting, as well as everything that comes with it, has to be well researched. #MSWL

First, I’d love to see more nonfiction. Especially interested in ecology/conservation & American history through the lens of marginalized people.

I’m also on the lookout for big-hearted, voice-driven middle grade—with plenty of humor, obv.

Most importantly, whatever ya or mg story it may be, a unique voice and complex characters will instantly draw me in. Ultimate #MSWL

#MSWL Still looking for a creepy MG ghost story. One of my favorite books as a kid was THE HOUSE WITH A CLOCK IN ITS WALLS*, by John Bellairs. Would love to find a modern day haunted house MG.
