I have always, ALWAYS wanted a book on this subject. Fiction, nonfiction, I'm not picky. #mswl
In narrative nonfiction: Books about food, material culture, art, literature, and history always top the list, and I'm particularly interested in projects that explore how many of these topics intersect with race, gender, and politics. #mswl
In romance: I love quirky characters and am far more likely to be drawn to a story that makes me laugh than one that makes me cry. In historical, I really would love to see some diverse stories. Give me South Asians falling in love in London during the Regency, for example. #mswl
Time for some #mswl tweets! Here are just some of the things I'm looking for right now.
In general, I rep adult mystery, romance, women's fiction, some SF/F, and upmarket projects, and love to see historical fiction across all genres. I also rep narrative nonfiction.
Norma @normajeanesaysIt's been 2 years and NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING has made it to my inbox! #MSWL twitter.com/normajeanesays…
I'm going to keep shouting about this too until it shows up in my inbox. DIVERSE HISTORICAL ROMANCE PLEASE AND THANK YOU. #mswl
Amanda Jain @wensday95If pumpkin spice lattes are back, autumn must be right around the corner, which means I'm jumping on the spooky reads bandwagon. Send me your upmarket, creepy stories: witches, ghosts, other things that go bump in the night. How about a gothic romance, you say? Yes! #mswl
Re-upping to add that this also works for #nonfiction. If you have a project like THE BUTCHERING ART by Lindsey Fitzharris, THE POISONER'S HANDBOOK by Deborah Blum, or MAKING THE MONSTER by Kathryn Harkup, send it over. #mswl

Tomi Obaro @TomiObaroI love this story — Chinese billionaires are hiring highly trained thieves to steal back Chinese art from European museums gq.com/story/the-grea…
I cannot stress to you enough how high on my #mswl this story is. Someone please write this and send it to me nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
#MSWL call for more historical romance, especially diverse stories from #ownvoices authors! I adore Regencies and Scotsmen, but I'd also love to see some new time periods, new settings, and new voices. Bonus points if your characters make me laugh.
Remember those shows PBS used to do like Frontier House and Regency House Party where modern peeps would "live" in the past? What about a book with that premise? Maybe a murder mystery. Maybe a rom com. I'm just spitballing, but I think I need this. #mswl
