When it comes to graphic novels (for all ages—MG, YA, or Adult), most of the submissions I receive are fantasy. I would love to work on more realistic stories. Maybe even some horror! #MSWL

To be more specific when it comes to books, my Young Adult vampire-themed #MSWL would look something like this: new twists on classic tropes; more interested in a badass character than "vamp with a soul"; the Pink Ladies or T-Birds... but vampires!

Nonfiction (for adult or children): geeky things, pop culture obsessions, science, history of a thing, lifestyle for millennials. #MSWL

For adult fiction, I want stories with just a touch of genre (or magical realism). Not books sold in the genre section(s). #100Queries #MSWL

For adult, I want magic realism or literary fiction w/ a touch of genre: Night Film, Night Circus, Of Bees & Mist, Golem & the Jinni. #MSWL

I'd love to find a super CREEPY fairytale retelling for Young Adult or Middle Grade. #MSWL
