I’m looking for very high concept rom coms that will stick out in what is a very crowded market! 💕

I’d also love to work on a MG or YA graphic novel set at a boarding school. #MSWL

I’d love to work on a Model UN graphic novel! I was a Mary-Kate and Ashley girlie growing up and so I basically just want Winning London but as a YA graphic novel. #MSWL

I’d love to work on a quirky heist book for the adult market, like DIAL A FOR AUNTIES meets Oceans 11. #MSWL

MIDDLE GRADE—I’d love to find more middle grade. I love mysteries, historical, magic-tinged, verse novels. Some of my favorites: NO ORDINARY THING, THE ELEPHANT’S GIRL, BROWN GIRL DREAMING, and THE DOLLHOUSE MURDERS. #MSWL

PICTURE BOOKS—I am specifically looking for author-illustrators in this space. Send me anything that is humor-driven, brimming with heart, and/or has a touch of magic. Some of my favorites: THE NIGHT GARDENER, WE DON’T EAT OUR CLASSMATES, ALMA, THE BEAR AND THE PIANO. #MSWL

SPECULATIVE—I’d love to find adult fiction with light touches of magic such as magical realism, cozy fantasy, or magic-tinged rom coms. THE INHERITANCE OF ORQUÍDEA DIVINA, THE VERY SECRET SOCIETY OF IRREGULAR WITCHES, THE EX HEX, and EMILY WILDE’S ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF FAERIES. #MSWL

ROM COMS—I love rom coms, especially when there is a high concept commercial hook. My favorite tropes are grumpy/sunshine, enemies to lovers, fish out of water, forced proximity. Some of my all-time favorites are: BEACH READ (elite), THE UNHONEYMOONERS, and REAL MEN KNIT. #MSWL

BOOK CLUB FICTION—I love books that are engaging, accessible reads but still have some layers to them. Some examples of this are LESSONS IN CHEMISTRY, VIOLETA, WHERE’D YOU GO BERNADETTE, THE DOLLHOUSE, THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO, ROOM, ACTS OF VIOLET. #MSWL
